Question:

MGE Galaxy 3000 UPS shows charger internal fault .

Hello!!My MGE Galaxy 3000 UPS 15KVA shows charger internal fault .I check the charger /rectifier voltage is just 64Vdc at the battery breaker.May I know this UPS need battery to start -up?Thanks!!
