There are MANY park proposals going on in the world right now.

But, when it comes to 2nd-3rd World Countries, I always take the wait & see approach. Mainly because, I've seen SOOO Many of these proposals come & go with no building ever done.

Heck, so many proposals here (in the US) never get off the ground either.
