MHF2 blangonga fang for blango destroyer?

How do you get the blangonga fang for the blango destroyer? I have killed the blangonga more than a dozen times and never got it. Any suggestions?

If you are in the village wait until you get into the later stars

OR go into the guild hall and if you are far enough in there do the two roars in the snow quest  you are guarenteed to get some from that
