MICROWAVE DOOR WILL NOT OPEN.

I HAVE REMOVED THE OUTER CASE BUT CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO ACCESS DOOR LATCHES TO GET DOOR OPEN OR SEE WHERE THE PROBLEM EXISTS.
