MIN SCORE FOR A INTERNATIONAL STUDENT INT HE SAT FOR FIU?

is there a difference in SCORES (i mean the consideration of the reading or writting sections) between an international student or an in state student? i have 91 in my TOEFL ibt and im going to take the sat in october but im not pretty sure what is going to be my score , please help im applying to FIU and i wanna know if there is consideration between this two kinds of students

The TOEFL is required of all applicants whose native language is not English. The TOEFL is given worldwide. There is a fee for the examination. A 500 paper-based or a 173 computer-based or a 63 internet-based (iBT) minimum score is required for all undergraduate programs.
