  1. Best built car BMW makes.  Don't get the automatic.  They get around the 40mpg mark..  The drop top gets less it weighs more.

  2. the clubman and the 2 door mini is the same car, they just made the clubman because people wanted a bigger car

as far as reliability its pretty good it wil llast you a while if you take care of it. it has a good resale value and gets good gas mileage.

  3. Great mileage, I'd got with the mini, new at a little over 20k...so if you can afford it, go for it

  4. the good thing about them is that there small so they get great milege and they always look cool.

  5. OK --

Positives: they are really fast, handle really well, get decent fuel mileage are way cool.

Negatives: they are WAY overpriced, WAY overrated, cost way, way to much to maintain, will bankrupt you in repair costs and insurance is ridiculous.

  6. There looks are nice but ive heard they are scary to drive and if you get into a accident it will be totaled easily because its made mostly out of plastic from the front and back.THey are also too expensive for nothing but they are kinda reasonable on gas if a 4 Cylinder. 6 would be too much,

  7. I'd go with the mini. The 2008 Mini Cooper delivers solid gas mileage. The current Mini Cooper Convertible scores 30 and 32 miles per gallon (MPG) on the highway (for the manual and automatic, respectively). The 2008 Mini Cooper and Mini Cooper Convertible models are fitted with a 1.6 liter four cylinder engine producing 118 horsepower (HP) and 114 foot pounds of torque. Mini claims a 0-60 time of 8.5 seconds and a 1/4 mile time of 16.6 seconds for the hardtop and 8.9/16.5 for the convertible.

    Good Luck!

  8. They're pretty awesome cars.  Since they're small and light, they get good mileage and they're easy to park.  They are also very safe for subcompact cars and since they're engineered by BMW, they are built very well.  The handling of the Mini Cooper is great, but the ride is very bouncy.  If you don't mind a bit of a harsh ride, the Mini is a good choice.

Between the Clubman and regular Mini, I'd get the regular one.  The Clubman is more spacious, but it costs more I don't think it looks quite as good.  It's just not worth the higher price in my opinion.  Also, getting a Mini with a manual transmission will save you money off the MSRP and gas.  If you don't drive a stick, it's not hard to learn and they're very fun once you get the hang of it!
