MITONE MP3 player software files are formatted

Question

I have a MITONE multi user MP3 player, one of the my family member software files are formatted, please tell me next solution for install the software??

 My main problem is that I'm an idiot.... I can't blame any family members. I managed to format my MITONE MITMP20 MP3 player. Now it's totally dead. I need to reinstall the software, firmware...I don't care if it ends up exactly like it was - I'd just like to have an mp3 (and mp4) player...
