Did you watch her testify?  Every time she lied she touched her nose.  

She is clearly in on it.  Her daughter probably killed the girl and she helped cover it up.  Sick people.

Something is definitely fishy there!! But, I think the grandma is caught between a rock and a hard place.  It appears she is trying to protect her daughter (Kayce) who is the mother of this missing precious little girl.  I think the mother has killed the little girl either accidentally or on purpose and is refusing to speak up.  It is such a sad case, and I am very anxious to finally learn what has truly happened to this little angel.
