MKV file extension help!?

Question

Currently, i have the Movie in MKV format in two pieces with 3 Audio Channels & 3 Subtitles. I try to convert it to DVD Format by many programs like Xilisoft Video Converter, AVS Video Converter, Wondershare Video Converter... but these programs cannot convert it with multiple Audio Channels & Subtitles... And then, i wanted to know more about that "MKV" format. I went to Matroska.org and find out how to convert it. This "ConvertXtoDVD" is great program!! I Finally find out program that can convert to DVD with multiple audio and subtitles... but, there's one problem, every word that Narrator say, subtitles are strange, at the end of every word there's something like {\iO}

How to fix this? One more thing, how to merge this two files together into one MKV or DVD format... plz help! I need it! :)
