MLA format/ Critical lens essay question. ?

I'm doing an essay with mla format but i don't know who my teacher for next year will me. Should i leave that part blank or put both teacher's names i may/ may not have for next year?

You're right-- most students add their teacher's name when writing a paper in MLA.

However, officially speaking, MLA doesn't even require the teacher's name.  MLA's main purpose is for publication, and obviously, if you're publishing something, there's no teacher involved.

Because of this, I'd recommend leaving your teacher's name out.
