this is the sentence in my paper:

Things like, "which paragraph should go where?" and "does this really sound right?" were common questions i would want to ask my partner.

i say yes.... but what is proper for MLA

So your saying do you capitalize the word "Which" and "Does" then yes you do capitalize them
