I want to trade Ryan Howard. Who should I get I am thinking either

1 Adrian Gonzalez

2 Prince Fielder

3 Lance Berkman

4 Justin Morneau

5 Carlos Guillen

I want someone that can hit field good and have average speed.

Just so you know, Prince Fielder kicks a** in the Show.  I get 50 homers with him every season.  Seriously though, that's a pretty nice lineup, but trade Andruw Jones and some minor leaguer for Ryan Braun, who is also incredible in the show.

dont trade howard he gets over 50 home runs every year. your team is really good but you might wanna improve 2nd base to get a better player that can hit for contact still. maybe mark ellis or dustin pedroia
