MLB 08 the show...who won?

Question

Okay me and my brother were playing a game and something happened and we need help determining who you think should get the win.

I was up to bat in the bottom of the 11th. It was 1-1. Eva Longoria was up to bat and hit a home run. But, when he hit the ball, the game hit a glitch and froze. But, the comintator said that the ball game was over. The batter just froze up so we had to cut it off.

I think i should get the win because i hit the walk off, but he thinks that it should be ruled a tie because he never rounded the bases and touched home plate.

If it was a real game, i guess you'd lose, but since it is a video game, you win you cant control the game, if it freezes during the trot it is still a homerun.

If you were playing for money than you won.  Because you controlled the outcome of the game, not the console.  If it was just for fun who cares and just play again.
