Question:

MLB INSTANT REPLAY (What plays)?

ok so from what I have read about the MLB using instant replay it sounds like they will only be able to view it on disputed homerun calls, like if the ball was foul/fair or fan interference.

But will they be able to argue close plays at first base on a groundball? Or taging and leaving early or plays at the plate?

Even if not I still think instant replay will help the MLB in a huge way.

  1. ONLY boundary calls

anything else would ruin the game

  2. No, they will only be using it for home run calls.

  3. fair or foul, home run or not, fan interference.  That's all and I don't want any more.  The owners are trying to destroy the greatest game on earth with DH and wild card and All-Star game deciding home field advantage is world series.  The owner are ruining a great game.

  4. No it sounds like it's only for fair/foul balls and fan interference, which I like. That saves time and frustration. I don't think it'd be for anything else, because then it'd be used too much and would start to ruin the game of baseball, so I'm happy with how they want it to be.

  5. Only Home run calls. Was it far or foul. Did a fan take it out of the park?
