MLB Round up: San Francisco Giants sweep Colorado Rockies 4-0
National League’s Colorado Rockies and San Francisco Giants both had an exciting three game series. Giants did an amazing job as they brushed aside the Rockies 4-0 in this series. Giants have had a terrific season so far as they maintained their Win-Loss
record during next half of the regular season.
Let us take an overview of these four exciting games.

Giants directed an 8-5 win in the first game, as Ryan Vogelsong was notable with his pitching. He had eight strike-outs and threw just over five respective innings with an ERA of 2.68 to give the Giants an influential victory. Giants’ manager, Bruce Bochy
said, “I was rubbing his legs saying, 'Hey, I've got to get these things loose for a triple,' He said, 'Nah, I'm not even thinking about it.' Sure enough he hit the perfect ball. It's a great game for Pablo. It's quite a feat.”
On the other hand, Rockies were able to put in just five runs. Jhoulys Chacin pitched well for the Rockies but that was not enough to steal a win for his team. He was able to strike-out just one batter during his 97 pitches and gave away four walks, nine
hits, seven runs and four earned runs with an ERA of 3.73.
