fantasy matchups although should be one of the best match ups in ages. Chuck "the Iceman" Liddell vs Anderson "Spider" Silva

these two are the best strikers in the league as of today.

Chuck is known for his knockout power and his take down defense but that doesn't mean that his purple belt in BJJ won't be a factor if he does go down

Anderson is looking health at lightweight and still retains his dead on striking ability, chuck needs to watch out for the clinch and knees which captured rich franklin 2WICE!

who do you think will take it? iceman or the spider?

That's light heavy weight not lightweight.

Both guys have an equal chance. The fact that anything can happen is one thing that makes this sport so exciting.

Athough light heavy is Anderson's natural weight he has only had one fight in the UFC in that weight class.

It would be great to see the Spider fight all top contenders of the lightheavy class. But he hasn't proven himself in that weight class... yet.

I'm inclined to give this one to Silva.  His height, reach and accuracy is too much of an advantage.  If the fight went beyond striking then Silva would also have the advantage.  Now that Silva is fighting at light heavyweight I'm sure this fight will happen at some point!

I like the Iceman better but right now I don't know if anyone is better than The Spider in that weight class.
