MMA School to the Big Leagues?

Here in Toronto, there's the MMA school called "Xtreme Couture" is that a respectable gym to get started in MMA and start fighting in some small leagues and work yourself into big leagues like UFC or EliteXC?

"Xtreme Couture" was founded by Randy Couture, World Heavyweight Champion of the UFC, and some fighters in the UFC are also instructors as the Toronto facility.
