im 15 and i want to get involved in MMA, does anyone no where i can sign up or do this, around south jersey or in delaware

you have to look into your phone book and see whats available near you its in the m section " martial arts " find out what you like based on your options available near you

First decide which martial art you want to study. Then try the web for that specific art. When you find a dojo, do some research on the instructor to check their credentials. Don't just sign up with anyone. Last, before you commit to anything, observe a class and talk to other students after. Make sure it's something you like.
