MMS images converted to gif or jpeg?

Question

I've had photos sent to me by camera phone to my e-mail in mms format, does anyone know how I can convert these images to gif or jpg?

open it in ms paint and when you click save as, there should be a arrow stating what the file is under the file name and click on the arrow and chose jpeg.

press "print screen" button on your keyboard, then paste (or ctrl + v) into a paint program.

crop the photo and save as jpeg or gif
