MMS retrieval for the Black Berry Pearl 8100?

I have a Black Berry Pearl 8100 and whenever I receive an MMS message whether it be a video, a picture, or audio, I cannot retrieve it. I go to the message and it says "Message not retrieved yet" so I click 'retrieve now' and it does nothing. Does anyone know what's wrong?

  1. you will need to have data plan in order for you to use MMS on BB
