MNB PRESTIGE RESOURCES- a Canadian based embassy is offering a working Visa. Is this agency legitimate?

they said they are working on finding me an employer in Canada. Here's the thing, I have to pay for my airfare which is totally fine with me and pay them their service fee of $1,500 which is also fine with me as long as this agency is not a scam. How can I be sure? let me know what you think.. thanks much! and oh heres their site:

The website looks professional enough.  Your best bet is to contact the closest Canadian foreign mission to you in Australia and check with them:

You may also wish to contact the Canadian Council of Better Business Bureaus:

and of course, you are certainly entitled to ask the company for references by both the job providers and the contract employees.

If you do decide to go with the company, be certain that you have a contract that carefully spells out, and you understand, their obligations to you for your money received.
