Question:

MOD to MPG, NO SOUND IN EDITING SOFTWARE?

im using a JVC 20GB har drive camcorder and i renamed the files name from .MOD to .MPG and i have sound in my media players but when i try to edit it in Sony Vegas 8 Pro i have no sound on the clips, i have the AC3 filter codec installed and it still doesnt help.
