  1. The weather in Texas is very crazy and unpredictable so be prepared for anything. There is a saying in Texas that goes like this, "If you don't like the weather here, wait 5 minutes and it'll change." We get very hot and humid summers and we get nice and breezy fall days with the occasional hot and humid summer-like day because the weather is so unpredictable. The winter days can get very cold and we sometimes get sleet, but it's usually just once a year if that. I don't know much about the safety concerns you have, but Dallas has the highest crime rate for a city out of the entire country. Yep, that's right - it even beat out New York City. I'd say the nightlife is pretty good there, too. Good luck!

  2. well august septemeber are usually the hottest months here

but i promise it will get cooler once october comes still some

humidity thought but not like houston.

the are alot of good restraunts here and since theres a big hispanic population u can go to real mexican food restraunts that are owned by families

safety well u should be prepared for anything some say that dallas is one of the worst places but i beg to differ

transportation well gas is pretty much cheaper than most places in the US so thats a plus but traffic is pretty bad people here arent as nice on the road so be careful before you honk your horn or flip anybody off

cause everybody's got a gun...j/k just be careful cause there's some pretty bad road rage here

    GOODLUCK!

  3. Hot, some humidity sometimes, some snow maybe but usually not close to a foot.Lots of jobs and good nightlife. Trafffic is h**l and rent it pretty high.Good luck on your move.

  4. Like the previous answers,

Texas is Very warm. -you will be lucky to see 2 inches of snow in the winter time. we dont usually have actual snow, its usually a  mix between snow, sleet, and ice all in one... but we've had snow before, like an inch of it, and then it melts by the next day. Summers are very warm, usually high 90's - 107 +.  As far as the job market, theres alot of corporations that are based out of the DFW area. plenty of job opporunities. Resturants... yup got alot of those too. Dallas has some upperclass resturants, as well as fast food and everything inbetween. Nightlife: Dallas has quite a bit of clubs and bars and such. Safety: As a previous answerer said.. Dallas isnt safe. When i go to dallas (i live closer to ft. worth) im always scared because you always hear about all kinds of violence and murders and crimes in dallas, espessially south dallas... North Dallas isnt so bad, from what I hear.

    Good luck! hope this helps!
