MP 3 player and voice recorder

I have a Mymusix mp3 and voice recording ( model PD 135-02that was working perfectly but suddenly everything is fibne except the voice record, when i push the record button it apppears that it has no file and sometimes turns offCan you help me ?Thnaks I appreciateedward
