lol, there is no way they are scared of Pac,

there is just a few things they need to sort out,

mainly how much pac will get for the fight,

De la hoya has fought the absolute best throughout his career,

he even went up to middleweight to fight the  undisputed middleweight champion,

i dont see any reason to be afraid of a 5"5 former flyweight,

I like Pacman I think he's a great fighter, but moving that far up, he doesnt stand a chance, heck I dont think he would beat Hatton. DLH scared of Pac, I think not.

Oscar De La Hoya is not scared of Manny Pacquiao at all. It was Oscar who entertained the thought of fighting Pacquiao, when all the talks were going around as Pacquiao being the "Mexican Killer". Oscar mentioned that if Pacquiao really feels that why about the role, then why not try his luck against him. Oscar is very willing to take this fight, if he can get it.
