RCA MP3M4018 stopped working and says code 10/ boot error needs reformated, I have tried I downloaded software but now the computer doesn't recognize it to do anything with it. It was working fine until it just said not enough memory and it didn't have all full. I erased the folders and then it no longer worked. Please help me if you can this was my 11yr olds christmas present? Thank Youwe were unable to download any songs I had trird different couters and different programs then i got the brilliant idea to reset it but when it come back on it says "boot error please format unit" idon't know what that means or how to forat it can you help me? it does not respnd to any button.
