Question:

MP3 Will Not cut on

The unit has a new battery and the screen says starting. I have sit here waiting and it will not come on. I have tried pressing the play button and holding it for the 3 seconds and still nothing happens.The unit is not locked and the batteries are brand new fresh out of the pack.
