MP4 Digital player Help?

Question

I have an MP4 Digital Player that I am able to store music in, but when I press play, a message on the screen says "FORMAT ERROR".

Does anybody know where I can download the CD DRIVER for it, or does anybody know how to fix th problem?

Please help!!

Hi i would hook it up to your computer via a usb connection and it should register as a removable disk under my computer without a cd or driver needed.

Then right click the drive and select format than allow it to format your mp4 player this will erase all data on the player but will give you a fresh start and should solve your problem.

Also some players are fussy about what file format you use on your music i recommend mp3 or mp4.
