I replaced the magenta ink tank and got the message that the cartridge was no recognized so bought another new one, CANON OEM, and it still says U043The following ink tank cannot be recognizedI cannot scan either with it locked up like this and the stop/reset button does nothing when I hold it down for several seconds.
