An mRNA base sequence reads AUGCCAAAAAUUGCGACUUAG. From what DNA base sequence was this mRNA transcribed?

this is what i got, i have no idea if its right. can you help me?

  1. Ok, what happens when it is transcribed is it is matched, so the finished product is the opposite purine/pyrimidine then what it was transcribed from.

    This means that A will turn into U

    This means that T will turn into A

    This means that G will turn into C

    This means that C will turn into G

    This means that the mRNA with the code:

    AUG CCA AAA AUU GCG ACU UAG

    Comes from a DNA base sequence with:

    TAC GGT TTT TAA CGC TGA ATC
