MS-DOS/Windows Vista problem?

Question

I have one question: Is there a way to run the good old games of DOS like Prince of Persia into a Windows Vista computer? I've tried but I've always had to terminate the program without any positive results. Please help! =)

Right click on the game,hit the compatibility tab and check the "run in 256 color" or play with the options,I don't know how old those games are

Yes, the best way is to use DOSBOX, a x86 emulator designed basically to run old DOS games.
