I guess I don't have that lock on my pc cause I've have never heard of it. That day that I told you I had installed MS Office Professional without uninstalling MS Office Home and Student, I uninstalled both versions and then I reinstalled only MS Office Professional but it said the same thing. I appreciate you trying to help me...I don't want to be a bother
