how do i put pictures from google and take out and exact peice of the picture without any other things in it

Theres not a very good way of doing that in MS Paint. I guess you could open up the picture in Paint and just use the eraser tool to erase everything around the peice of the picture you want to keep. The best thing would be to use photoshop, or some more advanced photo editing program to do that.

Download Gimp2. A free picture editing software.  MUCH better than paint and you will be able to do what you need easily.
