MS in Aeronautical Engineering In France?

A boy studying at third year B.Tech Aeronautical engineeringin India. He want to do his MS in France. So far out of five semister he has failed to get minimum marks of 50% in first three semister. Fourth semister he has just got 51% but again with arrears sixth result is awaited. Although he has cleared old arrears but he is accumulating new arrears. The interesting part is that maths he could not clear in five attempts. Now the brockers are assuring him that they will get him admitted in MS at some university at France and advising him to fly to France from India. His illeterate mother is readying herself to go to France well in advance to make arrangement.My question will bribing enable him to get admission in France.Is there any other way to get him going? Can he study in English medium? Please help.

    Access to higher education in France is based on merit, with many schools organising entry examination. Some schools organise 1 or 2-year preparatory schools before entering university, with an emphasis on maths.

    There seem to be "bogus" private schools in France, with the sole purpose of enabling prospective students to show a registration for obtaining a visa. These schools are well known to authorities and students with these schools are usually denied access to the country.

    Now for your answers:

    No, bribing will not ensure admission to a university or a school of higher education in France; most universities and "écoles supérieures" have a registration process that can be accessed on the internet; and finally all cursus will be taught in French, with only part of them in English.
