Hope I have not posted this three times. Very technically challenged! Anyway, I went to the Sony website to try to download the drivers for this device as was suggested to me in response to my previous post, but the site says that there are no downloads available for this product. Any other suggestions? When I go to my computer, it shows the "E" drive when I insert the device, but then it says "insert disc." Thanks!
