MSN Messages is sending symbols like â•š?

I have heard that you download Windows Live Messenger Plus.

I did that and it still doesn't work.

By the way, my friend can understand what I say but not likewise. And it's only one friend that I have the problem with. He's a Pole, does that have anything to do with it? lol
