MSNBC DATELINE investigations with CHRIS HANSON!!!!!!?

I regularly watch the MSNBC Investigative Reports with Chris Hanson and him casually materializing from behind the curtain after a suspect is nabbed for enticing 13 or younger girls online for sexual discussions or even involve in some possible future sexual activity.

I have never understood why any person would begin to apologize almost immediately with this kind of illegal sting and police pouncing on anyone walking out of the door as if the suspect already was a convicted criminal.

The most ridiculous issue is for anyone to start apologizing when all that is needed to be done is to not answer any question by Chris Hanson and just to ask for a lawyer!!!

The result in any case is the same. No one is giving you a break if you were very agreeable. My suggestion to anyone is to just not give your innocent side of the story keeping in mind anyone with a team of videographers is not authorized to ask any questions and what is being said is information dispensed with unwittingly!!!!

The reason people "tell" their side is because Hanson looks like he's someone official.He has the transcripts,he knows the guy arranged for s*x w/ the young girl,so people automatically think he's the cops until he tells them he's not.They think I've been caught,be straight,be honest and things will go easier for me,little do they know.Thats how the show is set up,they want the person to tell everything,because once the cops get them,they dont have to say anything at all.

Anyone sick enough and stupid enough to try to entice a 13 year old to have s*x does not earn any sympathy from me.  The evidence of a crime has already been gathered from the conversations on the Internet and they do not need more confessions to find them guilty.  But the show is paying for video so that's what we get.  As far as this innocent until proven guilty, when you are stopped for speeding, or seen coming out of a bank with a mask and gun, The police have enough information to arrest you and use whatever force is necessary to accomplish that arrest.  They would not walk up to a bank robber who had a gun the same as they would a speeder so don't expect them to go gently with a child predator.
