MTG Type 2 Discard Deck... help?

I want to make a type 2 discard deck, can anyone give me some advice? as ive never attempted this before. thx

You're playing black and blue when it comes to a discard deck.  The main thing is to get your opponent to be playing from the top of his deck.  Cards that will assist you:

Thoughtsieze

Dismiss

Liliana Vess (planeswalker)

Mind Shatter

Wistful Thinking

Augur of Skulls (creature)

Blizzard Specter

Cinderhaze Wretch

Mind Rot

p****y Charm

Hypnotic Specter

There are 11 discard creatures or spell you can build the deck around, since you can have as many as 4 of any one card in the deck, it is a good start for what you may find as there are commons, uncommons, and rares in the list.  Once you have that much, you need a win condition.  Something that gives you the advantage after you empty his hand.
