MTG: WHICH SHADOMOOR/ EVENTIDE IS BETTER?

out of all boxes. My opinion is Aura Mastery of Shadowmoor. Idk anything about Eventide.

i work at a card shop and my answer would be as follows:

if you're looking for playables go to eventide

if you're going for cost as of merchandise go to shadowmoor because of the lands, fullminator mage, the lieges, vexing husher and lots more..trust me

Shadowmoor is better and the reason is simple, Eventide is an expansion of Shadowmoor.  You can make decks and play with Shadowmoor cards and have a fun time on your own, but with Eventide, it's not near as much fun trying to make decks strictly out of those cards.  They enhance the playability of Shadowmoor more than standing alone.  As for single cards, I like the Balefire Liege of Eventide and I'm sure a deck could work around it only in Eventide, but the theme decks around Eventide include Shadowmoor cards to fill the deck out with, so it seems to show that Shadowmoor is the better set.
