To me, the video is attempting to make the statement that we must be pragmatic about the consequences of our actions.  We cannot be caught up in a moment of passion and lose our ability to apply pragmatism to the situation.

And, no, the type of sexual contact being hinted at is not appropriate for or understandable to young children.
