Kudos to Macy's for sponsoring this promotion for FREE museum passes through local Public Libraries. (If you're not familiar with it, check out your Public Library to see if they participate). Which museums have you visited that you might never have visited before?

I went to the Detroit Institute of Arts with a friend when I was in Detroit area. She had never been either and when we were looking for something to do, we discovered these free passes! What a great idea! We just had to pay for gas and parking, and had a great day together. Since then, she said she went back to get a pass for a Historical museum which she said she never would have visited unless it was free.
