  1. Well if you cant get it unscrewed soon get someone to help you cut it off. Take some pain reliever first. You could also try calling a body piercing shop around your town and ask them what to do, I'm sure they would have experience with that kind of thing. Personally I don't like hoops, I feel like they'll get snagged or pulled or something!

  2. it doesn't unscrew, you have to push it out...they press the ends together tight on the ball, just push the ball one way or the other, you can try to pry the circle open a lil, but just push the ball!  It will come out!

  3. u need to go to a parlor and tell them its stuck. they will take it out and help you change it, free. and if you dont want to do that, turn it counter clockwise. left.

  4. Put a little oil on where its stuck and leave it a few minutes. then see if it unscrews. The ball may have rusted to the hoop.

  5. If it is a Captive Ball Ring (A hoop with a one ball in the center) then you can either try holding the ring into place and pulling the ball off (always wash your hands and piercing first) or you can try using pliers as described below.

    The Plier Method:

First, clean around your piercing and wash your hands, then hold the ring into place (you do not want is wobbling around as this can cause you to rip it out), and finally pry the ring away from the ball. The ball should just fall off if you do it correctly. Before inserting a new piece of jewelery wash your hands again and make sure the new jewelery is sterile.

If you have in a Horse Shoe Ring (A ring with two s***w on balls) hold the ring into place and turn either one of the balls to the left. Remember righty tighty, lefty loosey

If you still cannot remove the ring go back to the place that pierced your navel and have them remove it. Most tattoo and piercing shops offer free jewelery changes, by the way. =]

  6. well, have you tried pulling on the ball while you are turning it? if this absolutely isn't working, you may have to get some wire snips, and cut it off- then you will have to buy a new ring, or let the hole heal.

  7. Well neither, if it doesn't unscrew. Get some cutters and clip it off. Then there is another way, but you should get some Tylenol first.
