MY BISSELL DOES NOT WORK

I TOOK MY BISSELL SHAMPOO VACUUM APART TO CLEAN AND WHEN I PUT IT BACK TOGETHER AGAIN IT DID NOT WANT TO WORK THE SAME. IT COMES ON BUT DOES NOT WANT TO **** UP THE WATER WHILE IT CLEANS.
