i have used bell inner tubes (poped 2-4 days)

and i have used inner tubes from a local bike shop (not bmx bike shop)

another problem is on my tire it says to fill to 40-65 psi

i can only get my tire up to 30 max

what inner tubes can i buy that are very good

  1. I agree with Kyle. The simple fact that you've replaced so many tubes in so many days indicates that it's not the tubes (not unless you have really, REALLY bad luck.) Have you CAREFULLY checked the inside if the rims to make sure they are free from gravel, a stray spoke nipple, or some other sharp foreign object? What about the INNER surface of your tires? Perhaps there's a short length of metal (like a nail or glass shard) that you can't see from the OUTSIDE, but its protrusion into the tube cavity is what's popping your tubes. Feel around CAREFULLY (also use a flashlight!) the inside of ALL parts of the rim and the tire treads to make sure there are no protrusions or burs that could puncture your tubes. If that doesn't solve the problem, you may need to take it in to a professional for them to pinpoint the problem.

  2. get a new rim its probley poping the tubes

  3. Whenever you get a flat you need to discover and remove what put a hole in the tube, or you'll keep having the problem.   Take the dead tube out, match the valve up with the hole in the rim, then inspect the area of the tire and rim around where the puncture is.

    1.  Glass, stone etc. poking through the inside of the tire?

    2.  damaged or out of place rim tape allowing the spoke nipple to contact the innertube?

3,  How worn are your tires?  Over time, tires accumulate little cuts even if they're not totally worn smooth.   Road debris gets picked up in those cuts and pokes through to the tube.  When you start getting frequent flats, its time to replace the tire as well as the tube.

    4.  Two small punctures close together are called a snakebite or pinch flat.  This is caused by low inflation pressure (30 psi isn't enough).   When you go over a curb or bump, the tire compresses and pinches the innertube.

  4. first of all check the tyre to see if there is something sharp and then the rim and then if it keeps popping get tubeless kit it will last longer and it's lighter! or get another tyre or borrow from a friend just for a day or two see what happens!

Or maybe you have enemies that pop your tyre on purpose!

  5. They sell rim tape which protects the tube from getting popped by the spokes and "nipples" also you should get a tube and tire that will hold more like 80-110 psi for bmx riding they are just a higher volume and can withstand more of an impact from jumps and such that bmxers put bikes through.

  6. Check the inside of your tires.  Make sure there's nothing in there such as bits of glass or other sharp objects.  Check the inside and outside of the tires and make sure there's nothing sticking in the tire.  Next, check the rims, carefully feel along the inside for rough spots or burrs.  Also check the tire beads for any sharp edges or wires sticking out.  Lose the rubber rim strip and get the self-adhesive cloth ones.  Check and adjust loose spokes, as they may be puncturing the tire when doing jumps.
