  3. Because you are addicted to the chemicals and preservatives they put into fast foods, especially the meats they are loaded with them. Break slowly from it, you'll feel better overall.

  5. cuz u have to eat more, duh!  if ur brain starts a hurtin when ur not a eatin then go on down to ur local wendys (my fave!!!! baconator!!!) and order up som food!  then ur brain hurts will go away!  maybe ull even make a lady freind at wendys!  not the girl on the sign stupid she isnt real.  just go up to another lady eatin a baconator and say hi.  it might be my sister!  ill ask her for awhile and see if you say hi!  u better not make her cry!  she likes ketchup!

  6. Because you probably eat too much of it, your body has become addicted to it. DONT keep eating fast food to make it feel better. It might seem right, but your just making yourself more addicted and you can become really sick if you get too addicted to something. Especially fast food. Like once a month eat fast food. and when you eat something else, close your eyes and pretend its taco bell. =]

  10. I am going to say the same as everyone else - you are addicted and when you don't eat the fast food your body has withdrawal symptoms. You can do two things:

    1. Cut down. Eat fast food once or twice a week, you shouldn't go staright to no times as it will be very hard. Once your brain stops huting after eating once a week try once a month, then once a year and then if you can occasionally just for a treat. To help you, also try going to different resteraunts.

    2. Go and see a Doctor. They can refer you to a nutritionist who can help you change your lifestyle they can also refer you to a Psychiatrist who will find the cause and treat your addiction.

    Your best bet is to do both.

    Good Luck! Breaking habit and addiction isn't easy but I'm sure you can do it.
