  1. if they died you should take the last one to the vet.if they were sold you could keep the last one

  2. She may not be getting good enough nutrition to produce enough milk to feed them. Cats should be getting HIGH QUALITY corn, wheat, soy, and gluten free canned and dry kitten food.

  3. As a breeder of Persians, I can only say some things that can happen ..without further information. The worst case is that your mother has an infection in her b*****s.The infection is drank by the kittens and they all die. There is no saving them. You need to check your mother for hardening of her b*****s and heat in them. Most mothers can die from this as well if left untreated.

It also seems to me that the weaker kittens become dehydrated at about 4 or 5 weeks too if not watched carefully. You may need to even weight them daily to help make sure they are gaining. It is easy to overlook and then all the sudden they are pushed over to the side and mother doesn't want them any more. I have also seen where the stronger ones become little pigs and push the weaker ones( not necessarily the smallest) out of the way and they just get weaker...this is also the time some mothers start the weaning process...She stays away longer and then when she comes back in ...the stronger ones win. This is the time to start feeding the stronger ones wet food and watching carefully the smaller ones. Raising kittens isnt easy..its a lot of constant care and constant watching...Im sure you have been trying ...weighing them is a good way to see that they are gaining..its a breeders best friend. Get your female to the vet asap...she may need an antibiotic..If there is a kitten still struggling...take it away immediately and feed it yourself.I hope this is helpful.

  4. Are they eating, drinking, warm enough? What are you feeding them? Is the mother taking care of them? We need more information. And I also suggest taking it to the vet. Does the mother have worms she could have passed on to the kittens when they were in her womb or through her milk?

    Good luck!

  5. They may have Fading Kitten Syndrome (FKS)

http://www.fabcats.org/breeders/infoshee... gives a long list of causes of FKS ranging from poor mothering to infection /parasites to congenital abnormalities.

You really need to get the last kitten to the vet before it also dies.  He may be able to diagnose what is wrong with it (from not getting enough feed through to parasites or infection).

  6. the same thing happened to me one time. it turned out that they were suffering from severe flea bite enemia. the fleas suck all of the blood out of the kittens. they stop drinking and eating, and they dont get better even if you hand feed them, and give them all the nutrision that they needed. it wont survive untill it gets a blood transplant. bring the mom in for a blood doner. its cheaper. even a few flease at an early age can kill them. take it to the vet anyway, and see what is going on.

  7. They died? Or what? If they died, take the last one to the vet immediately.

  8. you may need to bottle feed them. You can get the mothers milk at the vet she may not have enough milk

  9. The cat might be rejecting mothering them. Try bottle feeding the last kitten. Make sure they are warm, have food, and get lots of sleep. was the mom sick when she had babies? Take the mom & last kitten to the vet
