it would not be A HARD DRIVE PROB IT WOULD BE A RAM PROB , OR UR ISP HAS A PROB. or U HAVE SLOW INTERNET. WELL YUA ITS THE SAME THING. COULD BE A VIRUS USING UR INTERNET 4 SOMETHING.

           The problem could be even because of virus in the computer or may be it could be even from the ISP too..

Anyway first try to check it from your end i mean check your computer first..

You try to download Stinger or combofix and try to run them which are the programs to remove the traces of virus and malware..

and also try to have a virus scan on all the drives of your computer.. try to clear all the history, cache, passwords etc., from Internet Options...

Even if then it is the same case like the system is slow.. then try to check the speed of the ISP with the websites like speedtest.com etc., to check if ISP is itself slow....

Keep your system clean always....
