Definatley got a virus, go to trend micro housecall a free online scanner and download free programs such as spybot and lavasoft adaware. Use avg antivirus and scan the pc with every security application you have. There is also a free program called hijack this!

You have been infected with a nasty malware, your security soft has failed to do it's job.
