MY DISHWASHER WILL NOT TURN ON- THE WATER HAS NOT FULLY DRAINED FROM THE LAST WASH-I HAVE CLEANED OUT THE FILTER AND ALL THE WIRES SEEM TO BE CONNECTED. I AM NOT SURE WHERE THE PLUNGER OR PUMP IS LOCATED AND IF IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO OPEN THEM BEFORE I CONSULT AN EXPERT.
