MY DOCTOR say I am 8 weeks but ultrasound 6 weeks?? ?

I am so confused because my doctor told me I am 8 weeks but the lady in the ultrasound told me 6 weeks who says the true?? my last menstrual period was june-19-2008

Call your doctor and ask them to look at the ultrasound to ease your mind.  Sometimes you ovulate late and you can't always go by the last period; but sometimes this can be a sign of a problem.  I would call the doctor to make sure everything is okay.  I am praying for you.

You are 8 weeks pregnant but technically the baby is only 6 weeks old... the first two weeks after your period do not count.  Maybe the lady doing the ultrasound was saying the gestational age & the Dr was using the timeline they all use.

your uterus could be measuring small, get another appt to see what you are measuring now.
